Domestic Airfare booking management fee: $55pp
Trans-Tasman Airfare booking management fee: $100pp

Economy / Premium Economy: $150pp
Mixed class / Business / First class: $200pp
Round the World: $300pp
Infant / Child (under 12): $100pp
Inbound Flights: $250pp

Domestic/Trans-Tasman: $55pp
International: $100pp

Itinerary planning fee: $250pp

(Please note that this fee is used as a part deposit to your arrangements once booked, but is non-refundable if a booking does not proceed)

Visa processing fee: $250pp
Insurance claims: $150 per claim (for insurance policies not issued by us)

Our service fees reflect our personal service and decades of experience. These fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellations, and are in addition to cancellation fees of each travel service provider.

Refunds: $55 per services

Jo is an absolute gem! Great communication, even while she is on holidays. We've had some issues with our travel arrangement and may not be able to proceed due to personal circumstances, but Jo has gone well above and beyond to help.
